No relief in court till date in DV and Divorce case since 2018

I have been a victim of Domestic Violence since the beginning of my marriage that lasted for 8 years.Matrimonial dispute has been going on in the court for the last 5 years under Divorce filed by husband in 2019 and DV filed by me in 2019.He also files false FIR RCC case against me just to prove his Divorce point.During the course of this marriage I have faced tremendous violent behaviour due to which time and again I had filed 13 to 14 NCs against him,FIR,I went to the protection officer for h

In that case you have to ask your lawyer and judge to expedite or grant you relief. you have an option of approaching high court and procure the order for expeditious or time bound hearing of your matter
