No physical relations with husband want to know grounds for divorce

As I said I have been married for ,4 years, We didn't have physical contact, Now am in parents house from past 1 and half years On what grounds he can file the divorce
You can file divorce under the ground of Non consummation of marriage or Impotency. You can also add grounds relating to cruelty and desertion. Provision differs from religion t religion. As you have not referred your religion or under which statute your marriage is registered, i am not giving details of the Statute and sections.
