New Spouse search while Divorce trial pending

-Immediately after filing Divorce petition, n-Spouse started approaching new marriage proposals saying "I'm searching Spouse & marital status as Awaiting Divorce".-Is new spouse search when Divorce trial pending legally allowed/ok?n-Can this benefit me in courtcase?

Mere searching may not attract any criminal offence. But if he/she going outside with someone else then that can add to the divorce petition to get it done easily. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You must ask this question from your advocate who is handling your case bcoz at the end he has to fight the case n not the anonymous information! If u still need advice then u must hire expert advocate in this regard who will read your entire plaint n WS
