Need to prove that wife has re-married

Im going through divorce proceedings since 2019. Am sick and tired. (Has gravely impacted my life and career). Heard from 2 people that wife has re-married. One saw an invitation card and another saw orange thread around neck. People mentioned above are not helpful, not sure why.... One among them is a 2 wheeler mechanic who has shop in the same street as in-laws. I need to prove re-marriage in court. Requesting workable solutions.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from your query, firstly I would like to advise to you that before raising any such allegations it is pertinent to note there is adequate proof to accuse. if there had been a marriage It would deemed to be illegal, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

You can make a complaint against her for bigamy. She will be punished for such offense. Further submit the evidences including polide complaint to the court in the divorce proceedings. You can get an adverse order against her.
