Need to check for online RD for child

Mutually me and my wife taking divorce. she has a condition that i will keep RD every month. What should be the proof I need to submit in the court for the proof. As the account is on my name.

You consult your advocate who is handling your case he will let you know about the procedure which has to be done before the court. Once you agreed for the mutual consent divorce with some settlement amount to your wife that has to be mentioned in the petition even the RD issue which you have discussed also can be stated there and should mention what is the share your wife is going to be get etc and the documents pertaining to your RD account Detail, bank detail.

It is not clear as to who the RD is for. However it is better to put it in writing in the Settlement Deed (at the Mediation Center) and open a new RD account in the name of the beneficiary - your wife or your son. Once you have opened the account, you can produce those details before the Hon'ble Court.
