Need supportive judgement for Civil suit

With my wife, there is some matrimonial issue going on. During the tenure she was with my family, she contributed money as family expense in my father account. After dispute she file the 498A case saying that amount was taken forcefully from her and also at the same time file a civil suit against my father that money she deposited was given as loan. She has no sms, email, whatsapp chat, recording or any documentary evidence available. Any supportive judgement available for the civil suit
if your wife Is working then answer will be different .if not working then answer is that . you have to submit that it was your money .which was given by you to your wife . whenever money was needed .she was asked to deposit in your father account .Now she wants to wreak vengeance as relationship deteriorate.
