Need Permission to go back to abroad

Hi, need to confirm if compromise done between both parties in case of 498a,406 but court date is still pending for final order, can husband go back to abroad with taken permission from court ? He already given the power of attorney to his parent in India nPlease advice thanks

yes, he can go abroad with the permission of trial court. however the court may any time recall him and order him to appear in person. the divorce proceedings may be filed or countinued by the power of attorney holder of your husband
