Firstly it has to be seen whether the petition is to be filed by the husband of the wifeAlso it has to be considered whether there has been a mutual settlement among between the parties or not and if yes the MU has to be shown and there can be a question done but firstly the case details has to be shared kindly get in touch my office will help
