Need Help with transfer of a MC case from KA to AP state

Hello,
A MC case has been filed by Husband in karnataka family court,wife live their parents in Andhra pradesh.due to the long distance and unemployed, wife needs the case to be transfered to Andhra pradesh. For this process which documents are needed, & How much time it takes to finish the tranfer process. is there any Economical /free procedure to get help from Supreme court to tranfer the case. Thank you
The wife has strong legal grounds for asking transfer from Karnataka to Andhra Pradesh . She can file a transfer petition in the Supreme Court with all supporting documents . She has the right to explain her hardship and why she needs to transfer from Karnataka to Andhra Pradesh .
