Need help from Crueality of wife - Shouting and harresment

My wife is creating a ruckus in house for small small things and fights every night and shouts on me and my family. She is not ready for mutual divorce we are just 3 months married and she is expecting now. I want to get rid of her ,how can i do that?

Firstly record all the fights that useful forn the evidence. Either audio or video. after that you can file the case against her it is a case of mental cruelty on domestic violence act section 321 and 322.
