Aap phle legal notice bhej kar apne husband ko chetavani bhi de skti hain ya mutual divorce ka proposal bhi de skti hain, mutual divorce aasani se km samay me ho jata hai lekin uske liye dono paksh ki sahmati honi chahiye. apki marriage kb hui thi, marriage of place kya thi and kya apke child v h ,apke husband kab se drink krte h ,bataiye ,and apke upar jb violence kiye toh apne F.I.R karaya h kya ,wo mutually apko divorce dena chahte h kya? agar apke husband apke sath cruelty krte hai toh aap divorce le skti h as per section 85 &86 and also domestic violence act 2005 of sec 12 .and agar apke pass child h toh sath m aap child custody kliye v sath dal skte h petition and under sec26 of HMA ,and for maintenance and alimony as per section 24 and 25 of HMA
