Need divorce from my wife as her parents are not letting her to stay

I was married on 25th November 2022 and since then Wife stays 1 month with me and her parents come and they take her away with any reasons and keep her for 3-4 months with them, and we again bring her after 1 month again same thing is repeated and this type of behaviour is continued from 1 year. Now I need help to get out from this.And now from 6 months she is not staying with me and doesn’t want to come.

If you want to amicably part ways from your wife, then you can opt for mutual consent divorce, which takes less of your time. However, if one of you are not agreeable to part ways then contested divorce is the option. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

You can file for a divorce under section 13 of HMA which will be a contested divorce. In the course of matter if she agrees to go for mutual consent or settlement with you than it will be over faster. However she can also file a counter case of maintenance and dv on you for which you have to be prepared
