Since marriage was in India, divorce must be filed under Indian law (Hindu/Special Marriage Act). Mutual consent takes ~6 months, contested depends on grounds. NRI can appear via POA/virtual, subject to court's approval.

If the divorce is mutual then it is a very easy process. if divorce is not mutual then all the facts and information is needed. the language preference is english, but it can also be done in marathi but if both petitioners understand English then it will be better. Sir ma'am your number is not available on WhatsApp. if you are from pune just google mutual consent divorce process in pune pinpri Chinchwad. if it is not mutual consent divorce then you will have to contact me for more discussion.

I can help you with that. Could you tell me a bit more about your situation? For example: Is it a mutual consent divorce (both partners agreeing) or a contested divorce (one partner not agreeing)? Do you have children, property, or financial matters involved? Where is your case filed (which city/court)? Do you already have a lawyer, or are you looking for guidance on the process and documents?
