Need Advocate in Guwahati for Belongings Handover – Mutual Divorce Cas

03-Nov-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Hello, I’m looking for an advocate who can represent me during a belongings handover related to my ongoing Mutual Consent Divorce case. The handover is expected to take place next week, most likely over the weekend, in Guwahati. I prefer not to be personally present on that day. My porter team will deliver the items along with an inventory list and a signed copy from my side. Your role would include: 1. Being present during the handover along with the opposite counsel, 2. Verifying the items as per the inventory, and 3. Obtaining acknowledgment or signature from the opposite party or their lawyer. An honorarium of ₹3,000 will be provided upon completion, once the signed acknowledgment is shared. If you are available and willing to assist, please get in touch so we can coordinate the details. Thank you.

relating to this type of matrimonial cases first of all the court order relating to obtaining the stridhan is necessary to be obtained and moreover the list of items which you will get back from the husband's place which is submitted in the court will also be required. Thereafter you can collect the items from your husband's home but you or someone who can recognise all your items will be required to be present at the time of collecting them from the spouse place as the concerned counsel will not be able to recognise all your belongings
