need advise for divorce petition scenario

Hi,nMy marriage happened in Dec 2020. After 3days of my marriage she said my parents do forced marriage and don't like you. After parents counselling we continued but she was not interested at all. Few times separation, claimed health issues happened. Finally she left me after 1 year at the time of family counselling at home and she said not interested on you. No sex life. I filed the case section 13(1) but She put case section 9 on me just few days before I filed the case. So to whom it goes favor in judgement?

HEY SEC13(1) IS FOR DIVORCE AND SEC 9 IS SEEKING RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS.. THIS TO ARE DIFFERENT MATTERS.. IF BOTH PARTIES WANT TO LIVE SEPRATE THEN IS BETTER TO GO FOR DIVORCE BY MUTUAL CONSENT BY FILLING APPLICATION UNDER SEC 13 B HMA. 1955 its better first both parties decide their stand wether they want to continue or want to live sepratetly

But there are not ready to come for mutual divorce. Intentionally they are doing and wasting my time and they planned to take money from us by demanding. How we can handle this situation.
