Need advice regarding family matter

20-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, Me and my wife married last year as per Christian Marriage Act after 5 yrs of love. Post marriage she went to Hyderabad for work and i got her back in May this year. Immediately after coming back from Hyderabad i realised that she has taken loans and put money in fraud companies without my knowledge. On asking the same, she left the house and went to her parents house taking all her belongings including the jewelry. 2 days later her brother claimed that we have not given jewelry and told that they will come and take the remaining belongings. When she came to collect the remaining belongings, i told that it should be taken before police or lawyer, this resulted in her parents abusing and hitting me for which i gave a complaint in the police station. Now she has gone back to Hyderabad without my consent and does not want to continue the marriage and blames my mother as the reason. How do i solve this or what should i do in this matter

I suggest you to first decide yourself whether to continue the marital relationship with your wife or you wish to give her a divorce. Based on your opinion and in consultation with your elders you can file a divorce case against your wife.

Issue legal notice for restitution of conjugal right to your wife explaining the whole facts and tell her to come back and lead happy married life as she left u without intimating all and to lead happy life for future or else to give divorce for mutual consent.
