Need Advice on matrimonial case of false allegations by husband

My husband is false claiming that he didn't have any sexual relationship with him. Though he always insist of doing oral and anal sex with me.
He sent me a notice mentioning he need divorce as I ran away from his house. But truth is he thrown me out twice. Since my mother health is worse and my father is no more. So I didn't took any police route so far.
He exported my female frnd chat where one of my frnd is asking did you had sex with your husband. I casually denied as I don't like to share.
