Need advice on dismissal of divorce case

My husband has sent me a divorce notice in anger but i got back to him that month itself it's been already 3 months now he hasn't dismissed. He says it's a test on you I am still with him can the case get dismissed automatically
Madam, little bit confusion in your query, you received divorce notice from your husband? or you received summon from court?, if your husband filed case against you, that should be withdrawn by him even if you are living with him. Make request at him to withdraw the case(if he filed).
