Need advice for further steps.


21-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Actually i have filed Maintenance case, divorce case in the court. But so far only Maintenance I case has been started rest has to start. I am keeping un well too. Earlier my father used to bear my expenses but recently he passed away. Now my question is what should i do further ? Shall i request judge for mutual divorce and ask for 50% share of my husband property and income, assets or shall i continue with my cases?

You have no right over your husband’s property until he is alive before your divorce ! While during mediation you can do settlement accordingly! U need to hire expert advocate in this regard.. kindly b in touch

First of all condolences for your loss. Losing a father is tough. Now, to answer your question - it all depends on the assets of your husband. These cases take time but if you go in for a mutual divorce then if will be much faster. For further details & a one on one conversation you can contact us.
