Natural Guardian of minor child below 18 years

Hi Team,nnAfter Divorce, if the physical custody is granted to Mother, Can Father and Mother still be the Natural guardian of Minor child below 18 years.

yes, they can. Even if physical custody is with mother, you can't deny the guardianship of a father provided the court has ordered so. You can continue to be the legal guardian of the minor child. thank you.
