My wife staying with her parents last 7 years not ready to return. What I have to do/take any legal action ?Apart from this one property I purchased in her name now not ready to sale out ?

Application for staying together in married life, to the Hon'ble Family Court and one suit for declaration that the fund was yours, so the unit house purchased was in her name but needs to have your name as joint owner, to keep the property secured till you live. Bank records help if loan was applied and you're paying the EMI. feel free to connect for more details/legal assistance.
