Now she wants to return home with some condition.Without Withdrawal the case,her lawer said she withdraw the case after some months.Whatwill ido.

what is the current status of the case? has issues framed or the case in early stage? whether she wants to withdraw case with the leave of court or without leave? what are the reasons she gives to withdraw if case is already under trail. many things have to be taken before giving proper advice.
