No that will not be classified as adultery. But if the chats are classified as adult by your wife then she can always file for divorce on the basis of cruelty. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

One of the grounds for obtaining divorce is adultery
For proving adultery, evidence of having physical relationship out of wedlock and without wife's consent is required and such evidence can be in the form of audio/video recording or can be circumstantial evidence like signature of both of them in a Hotel Register while booking a room and spending a night therein.

yes, your wife can file divorce on ground of adultery now she has only wats app chat msg It is her duty to prove adultery .and then she will demand permanent alimony and you will get a chance of councelling where u can admit and give alimony or continue with the married life by saying sorry . court will give u a chance to repent your mistake. If u think You want to repent your mistake you have to follow councelling rules. But ofcourse your wife consent is equally important.
