My wife is in coma since last 3 years I want to remarry for my future

Hello,I have married to my wife before 3 years after marriage we met with an accident and in that accident she went in to Coma before almost 3 years. As per her medical condition Dr told us that she will never come out of it until she dies. I have spend more than 20Lakh rupees for her treatment now I am financially broken. Since the time of accident she is with her parents. I want to apply for divorce now and becuase of all those expenses now I am not able to efford any expenses more.

Fight your case by yourself. There's no question of taking up matters for no fees. It's unfortunate that you're broke, but doctors are not ready to issue s certificate and will not testify in Court on oath about your wife's comma recovery. Don't get private Advocates. Apply to District Legal Services Authority of your town/sub-district so that the on panel govt advocate may come to your rescue. This platform is not for posting your call for no fees work.
