Once but the person made attack on me . I didn't lodged a complaint against the person yet. Kindly guide me

hi you can file 498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.—Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be pun­ished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine. Explanation.—For the purpose of this section, “cruelty”

you need to initiate a criminal proceedings against wife and the person for adultery and criminal intimidation. thereafter, file petition for divorce under the ground of adultery. both the proceedings will run parallel and you would eventually get the desired relief
