My wife is always wants to go mothers house. Always say do that otherwise i will go. I have 1 month daughter what can i do. I am auditor in company so i have to go for audit 2 weeks in a month. I want divorce from her and custody for girl also.

yes you will getting custody but if wife was denied it otherwise as per law not getting custody because she only 1 month not 5 year so wait for custody till 4 to 5 year but you take a divorce as under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act.
