My wife has doubts on various thing and including doubt about my chare

Currently she crossed.limit and went and said our neighbour's wife who is secretary and takes my advice on society tax matters . She.made allegations first on me and then.went to her and said unwanted things . She informed her husband and he came to home.to aks my wife about her allegations. Earlier she had raised voice over my school friend who had met after almost 25 years for hugging me. Also had made such.allegations on other female too. She abuses my.mother also and makes allegations

Your wife's repeated false allegations, verbal abuse, and public humiliation may amount to mental cruelty under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act. You may seek divorce and also file a complaint for defamation or harassment. Consult a lawyer to take proper legal action.

Well, if you have become frustrated with her allegations and you think, that, all such are baseless, then try to have a dialogue with her, convince her that you love her and her all allegations are baseless, despite that, if she doesn't agree and continue with the same behaviour, then you can think of seeking Divorce from her!

You can take legal action against your wife for mental cruelty and defamation under Section 498A IPC (if cruelty is severe) and Section 500 IPC for damaging your reputation. Document incidents, collect witness statements, and consider filing for divorce on grounds of cruelty under the Hindu Marriage Act, Section 13(1)(i-a).
