My wife had left home on her own on 11-04-24 and has never returned.her family members used to call 1 by 1 and threaten for legal action which was never done on saying she was not offered food, was harassed, was beaten up and was asked for dowry which are all false claims. Fifteen days back my wife, her father and the mediator who arranged the marriage between us came to fight with my parents and even assaulted my father due to which we filed and NCR on the mediator and my wife's name.

You can file for divorce on basis of cruelty. You will need evidence and witnesses to prove the above harassment mentioned by you. You can also file for restitution to make your case strong. However be ready for wife's side allegations and domestic violence case
