my wife files case 498, and without intimate

i not taken any dowry, she went her home 1 yr back said that time ill send papers said, still not sent and she filed now 498 case

498 is not a serious crime nowadays is she filed only on you or the entire family. hire an advocate for trail,it's obvious that women will file 498 without any reason collect the evidences of phone calls phone messages and near and dear evidences and which are useful in your trail
