My wife filed section 9 case on me

My wife filed section 9 case on me. But the fact is she left me from my home and living separately with her parents house now its nearly 2 years. I have received this notice after I filed section 13 1 (ia) on her. Now she is claiming that I did forced sex. Reality is she doing sex manipulation and control behavior from starting of the marriage. Breakup and patch up happened 3 times. She is not cohabiting, not coming for mutual divorce and not accepting divorce also. Wasting my time and my age is passing. Is section 9 will favors to her ? How to win these 2 cases? She is getting salary around 1 lakh/month.
