My wife filed false 498a case on me. I attended the first two court dates. But as my wife made all false allegations in FIR, I don't want to be present for each court date and waste my time. So how many consecutive dates I can skip in court? Do I need to be present for each court date? What happened if my lawyer and me not present before the court for 3 consecutive court date? Do I need to make any declaration in advance before the court saying that I won't be present for next three dates?

Go to appellate court Get a dispensing order for your appearance Subsequently you need not appear However your counsel must appear Either or No choice Equally u can quash the entire proceedings based on the narrative of the FIr
