My wife filed 498A case but I filed divorce last 2years ago

My wife filed sec9, I filed sec13 1ia. Court counseling failed. No children. Last 2years case was running. Current case status: about to cross examination. Yesterday my wife filed police complaint near our place and police said my wife registered 498A report on me and sending me an my family to counseling center. Is my wife have right to put 498A case on me now even after I filed divorce on her 2 years ago?
