My wife father filed case on my parents property

My wife filed sec9 and I filed sec13 1 ia. Her father also filed another legal notice on my parents property not to sell or transfer or reconstruct in that properties. Is there anything like that to stop or control on my parents property. Recenty we bought new land on my father name will it impact. How to respond to that legal case?
your wife on the basis of a claim on you for her maintenance or the tough your children can file a case on you and ask for attaching the property in your parents name provided that property becomes your ancestral property. if recently you bought land in your father's name there can be an impact only if you have paid for it and consequently her interest is affected by it.
