My name is B sunil kumar, my wife separated from me when she went to delivery and not came back and made somany alligations on me and my family which are false alligations, and she kept whatever sections are in favour of women's all the case's are failed on me total 5 case's and I'm attending the case's every hearing, she was demanding me to give 4000000 laks to give me divorce otherwise she'll not give me divorce and keep case's on me, she was doing software job and earning money 90000 permonth
hi you could file for divorce on grounds of mental and physical cruelty and then she filed false cases on you you could file quash petition and fight it legally and the amount part also you could do it and that you could also fight it out
