My wife claim for maintenance in Kalyan court give me suggestions

Hi mam/sir mujhe English nahi aati main Hindi main write karta hoon Meri wife khud ghar chod ke gayi aur mere ladke ko le gayi. Meri wife teacher hai wo khud pe dependent hai.maine use ligal notice bheja bulaane ko par unka vakil bol Raha hai nahi aane ko wo school main teacher hai 220000 salary hai kya wo mujhse maintainence maang sakti hai

Maintenance maangne ka hak sabko hai bhale hi vo kama rahe ho ya nahi vo alag baat hai But court me aapko ye dikhana hoga judge ko ki aapki wife school me teacher hai aur khud ko sambhalne me saksham hai Aage ke discussion ke liye aap contact Karo mujhse

Agar aap kamate hai accha khasa, toh woh aapse Maintenance maangne ke liye jarur Court me apply karegi. Par uska Maintenance claim iss baat par nirast ho sakta hai ki woh financially independent hai, educated hai, khud kama sakti hai.
