My wife cheated me after marriage and even before marriage what to do.

Hi Sir, I got married on Aug 22 2016 , My wife is having illegal affairs, drinking habits before and after marriage . I have all proofs against her as well i.e. Bank statements , Call history , Mail chats , Whatsapp communications, Hotel bookings (before marriage 5 times she went to hotels with her boy friend in bangalore , Hyderabad),Photos. She worked in call center but she told me she is a software engineer and she has hidden all her education and working experience before marriage as she has very bad name over there . One of her x boy friend is supporting me stating that she cheated him by taking 3-4 lakhs of money and physical relationship as well and committed to marry him till last month i.e Oct 6th and she is keep on messaging him for money and promised for marriage after having kids as well. This information is in Whatsapp messages now i am in overseas i want divorce from her please help me on this?

Presuming that your's is a Hindu marriage, it is advised that you to file a petition for divorce under section 13(1)(i) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Grounds for divorce on the basis of adultery is mentioned under section 13(1)(i) of Hindu marriage act,1955 which states that any marriage before or after the commencement of this act shall be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party had voluntary sexual intercourse with any person other than his or her spouse after the marriage.
