My wife chatting with ravi raj basiya named person when i away from ho

My wife has sexual relations with other men behind my back, such as Ravi Raj Basiya and Ashish Patel, and they are communicating via Instagram and text messages and make video calls and sex chats till late at night and I also have an 8 year old son but I am away from my wife due to work. What can I do in this situation?

अफेयर/रिलेशनशिप = जेल नहीं, लेकिन तलाक/कस्टडी का आधार आप चाहें तो काउंसलिंग → लीगल नोटिस → तलाक/कस्टडी का क्रम अपना सकते हैं बच्चे के भविष्य और सुरक्षा सबसे पहले ✔️ 1. काउंसलिंग या मध्यस्थता शादी बच सकती है तो ये पहला कदम होना चाहिए। ✔️ 2. तलाक का केस (अगर रिश्ता टूट चुका है) दूसरे पुरुष से अनुचित संबंध → तलाक का आधार बन सकता है। ✔️ 3. बच्चे की कस्टडी/विज़िटेशन 8 साल के बेटे को लेकर आप कस्टडी मांग सकते हैं या मिलने का हक ले सकते हैं।
