My wife and I have been living apart for a year due to her job in another city. Things have become challenging since my father's tragic road accident last year. Despite seeking therapy, my wife continues to cause problems and refuses to listen. Both she and her mother constantly exert pressure and try to manipulate me into doing their bidding. My mother-in-law is a skilled manipulator. What can I do?

My opinion would be if you are so troubled by your wife and mother in law then you can either send a legal notice to her to improve her behavior or it would be better for you to seek separation from her by way of petition for divorce
