My Situation:nMy wife left me one year back and now she filed section 9 case against me. I recieved court notice to attend hearing on particular date but it doesn't have points. nCan I see what points she mentioned in the case through online?nnHow to handle this false case on me? I am not interested.She openly said in-front of family members that not interested to continue. n nShe claiming that sexual harassment, but reality is separating me from day 1 of marriagebecause its forced marriage to her, after parents counselling we had sex for few times with my interest only. nShe is at her home from day 1. After 3 months she spent one week in a month another next 3 months. n nAfter that she went for job purpose and not returned back. From last one year she is not coming back, not coming for mutual divorce.So I filed section 13 1(a) on her. Please suggest how to handle these cases.
