My sister husband third gender without informing before marriage

How to file this divorce case ? This is Hindu marriage so please give me suggestions for me
well - as per Hindu Law a marriage is to be between two people are opposite gender competent to enter into a marriage, you one of them happens to be in capable being of a third gender then the marriage becomes invalid. but you have to go to court to get it declared as invalid marriage.
