fees of your lawyer is the matter of you/your sister and the lawyer and no one can interfere with the matter of fees. when your sister get settle the matter with her husband out side the court with the help of mediators or lawyers, a petition can be filed in appreciate court of law praying for granting of divorce by dissolution of marriage among them by mutual consent and the same will be disposed after six months from the date of filing the petition and nowadays it's matter of 15 days.
