my mentally ill pregnant wife wants divorce and not want to talk to me

I married in year 2022, after that my mentally ill wife was in rehab for 2.5 years and now, she is pregnant, she also have sexual behavior problem and do sex videochat with males. now she is living in her parents house and lodge the false GDE against me for kicking in her belly. she stopped visiting doctors and not taking vitamins, her father and mother are supporting me but she do not want to stay with me, she is jobless, i just want her to stay with me for the sake of baby, what to do.

you cannot force her to live with you, even as her husband. However, you can petition the Family Court under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR) — a legal way to request that she resume cohabitation. This is not a guarantee she’ll return, but it strengthens your record if later custody or divorce issues arise.

you can file a case in the court of law to stay with your wife and moreover you cannot leave an ailing wife which court supports we need to sit and work on ot without any loop holes so that you win and face to face understanding is very important
