My marriage is not registered, now I need divorce, Please advise.
14-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married on 6th may 2015. But haven't registered for marriage. Now I want divorce from him. What kind of legal procedures I will have follow.
Same procedure as if registered marriage. U need to produce marriage invitation card, photos and shall hv to examine atleast one witness. U need to wait for 6 months if mutual divorce. First there will be counseling.

Within one year of marriage no marriage petition will be entertained but in some cases it is possible. I don't know about your facts therefore i cannot opine about your case firmly. I request you to provide more info by contacting. If the marriage is performed under ceremonies recognised bt law then registration is not necessary at this stage.
