It sometimes happens that either the party or the lawyer is dissatisfied for some reason, and under such circumstances, the party has the right to engage a lawyer of his choice. The party can get a vakalat form, take it to present lawyer to get no objection after clearing dues in fee if any, and hand it over to the new lawyer.

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly there are no such requirement in a Hon'ble Family Court, however, if they insist you can petition the same court seeking no objection to be represented by another lawyer, thank you

As your previous lawyer has withdrawn, you can appoint a new advocate. Ideally, obtain an NOC from the former lawyer. If he refuses, your new lawyer can file a memo in court stating the same and seek permission to represent you without NOC. You can also apply for certified copies of all documents directly from the court. Let us know if you need assistance—we can take the next steps legally and quickly. – Adv.
