My lawyer is not working for me

My wife filed sec9 I filed sec 13 1ia. after 4 years current status (sec13 1ia) is Petitioner not ready. For cross of R.W.1 as a last chance. Call on 19-03-2026. current status (sec9) is Costs not paid. Hence, Respondent evidence is closed. For arguments, Call on 19-03-2026. RES/DEF EVIDENCE. Now my not ready to continue. How to proceed next steps.

File an application to reopen evidence and seek time showing valid reasons. Also, pay pending costs immediately. If cross-examination is pending, request last opportunity. Otherwise, be ready for arguments or risk adverse order.
