My launched false complaint against me and we are wrongly framed under IPC 180 498(A) IPC 1860 406 she has put only one part of my father's cc photo when we vacated our home and said we have lotted her jwels and i have beate her which is total false were as she has also filed dv and appeared in court and i have applied for hmop were she has denied to take and come to court FIR was filed on us while the case was going in court i don't know what to do kindly suggest me how to handle this
