My in-laws want divorce but not taking any legal action against me or

I am a resident of Thane Mumbai, I got married on 7th June 2015, but after two months later my in-laws & my wife asked for Divorce. But they have not initiated any legal proceedings and not responded any thing when our lawyer contacted them. They were also not willing to meet up for a talk. What should I do?

Ideally you can initiate divorce proceedings against your wife but if you wish you can wait for um time and send her a legal notice to resume the matrimonial relations. If you wish to file divorce proceedings than as your marriage has not completed one year, you will have to take leave of the court before filing the petition.
