My husband wants to file divorce. nHe is staying in abroad. nAs previous I miss behave with my in laws. nSo they filed a contract if I fails to follow the condition my husband can take any action on me. nCan my husband give me talaq from staying abroad. nBut I don't want divorce. nBut as per he can take any decision. nWhat can I do?

yes as per Muslim Sharia law a Muslim male can pronounce talaq even from abroad. there are various remedy is that you can opt for depending upon the circumstances of your matter . you can even file an application under Domestic Violence Act aur ask for maintenance from the court . you do not wish to obtain divorce then you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the court.
