My husband sent me a legal notice, but I want to live with him.

My husband sent me legal notice pointing out some points. I noticed that he is willing to accept me if I return back to the matremonial home within 15 days. But, if we ask him it's just a formality. I want to live with him whatever happens and I am ready to sacrifice anything for him. Their parents are not supporting and not making any situation to let us talk. He is also stubborn that he dont need me, but I need to live with him. I hope things can change. What should I do to continue my life?
