My husband not accepting nor he is returning my belongings

Hi, i am hindu
I m married in 2017, my husband and his family used to give me mental and physical torcher, in 2019 nov , i hisband left me and went, no communication since then, even if my family try to cummunicate they are not responding, they are not giving my belongings also, what should i do
