My husband not accepting nor he is returning my belongings

Hi, i am hindu I m married in 2017, my husband and his family used to give me mental and physical torcher, in 2019 nov , i hisband left me and went, no communication since then, even if my family try to cummunicate they are not responding, they are not giving my belongings also, what should i do

Dear Madam,
You may file multiple cases against your husband and his family members. You may file Domestic violence case and also can file Maintenance petition under section 125 of Cr.P.C to get immediate monthly Maintenance.. You may also file 498A IPC case against your husband and his family members.
